Order Workflow Process

  1. Submit Your Order
    Begin by submitting your order on this page. This is the first step in ensuring a smooth and efficient signing process.

  2. Create a Secure Password
    After placing your order, you will receive an email invitation from Snapdocs to create a secure password. This password grants you full access to our dashboard, allowing you to track every step of the signing process.

  3. Upload Your Documents
    Once logged into the Snapdocs secure dashboard with your credentials, you can easily upload the necessary loan documents to initiate the signing process.

  4. Review & Approve Signed Documents
    After the notary completes the signing, they will scan and upload the signed documents to the dashboard. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the documents before they are shipped.

  5. Track Your Shipment
    Our dashboard allows you to track the shipping label in real time, giving you peace of mind and visibility until the process is completed.
